About Shareholder Special Benefit Plan

Shareholders holding 500 or more shares (number of shares issued each half year)
Shareholders listed on the Company's shareholder registry with the same shareholder number on the relevant record date will receive a total of 50,000 yen worth of Mediheal product coupons (semiannual/25,000 yen worth/valid for one year), which can be used on the shareholders' special website.

*The products available for purchase are all Mediheal products in Japanese language packages that are officially sold in Japan. Please note that this does not include Korean-language packaged products or discontinued products. *Coupons can only be used on the shareholders' special website.

A total of five (5) “5% discount coupons for shareholders” will be presented, which can be used at Love Love stores.
